Terms of Use

Welcome to SAVAGE but Pretty (the "Service"), operated by imher co and the ghost girl effect (collectively "we", "us"). By buying a pass, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're getting

SAVAGE but Pretty is an AI-powered content generator that produces social media copy in the CLOCKED™ voice. A $7 Creator Pass unlocks 100 credits. One credit = one piece of generated content. Credits are consumed at generation time.

2. No refunds

All sales are final. Because passes deliver instant access to digital credits and AI generations, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit reversals once a pass code has been issued or claimed — including unused credits, partial use, or change of mind. If a pass code genuinely fails to deliver due to a technical issue on our end, contact hello@imherstudio.com and we'll make it right.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login and pass code secure. A pass code locks to the first account that claims it and cannot be transferred. Don't share accounts, don't resell passes, and don't attempt to scrape or abuse the Service.

4. Your content

You own the prompts, offers, and any text or images you upload. You also own the generated output and can use it commercially. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and for making sure it's accurate, appropriate, and compliant with the platforms you post on.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, imher co and the ghost girl effect are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pass.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
