imher co and the ghost girl effect (collectively "we") run SAVAGE but Pretty. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Account info: email and password hash to log you in.
• Pass + credits: the pass code you claimed and your remaining credit balance.
• Usage prompts: the offer/topic, optional sales page text, and any image you upload are sent to our AI provider to generate output for you.
• Standard logs: minimal request logs (timestamps, errors) for debugging and security.

What we don't store

Generated posts are returned to you in the browser — they aren't saved to your account on our servers. Download what you love.

How we use it

• To run the Service (auth, credits, generation).
• To debug issues and protect against abuse.
• To send you transactional emails (e.g. password reset, pass receipts).

Who we share with

We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the Service: a backend / auth provider (database, login), an AI gateway (to generate output), and an email delivery provider. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own terms. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies / local storage only — to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing hello@imherstudio.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
